LARC SECOND LEARNING SESSION Entebbe, Uganda 2-4 November 2016 The LARC initiative, African Regional Collaborative for Laboratory Technologists and Technicians, second learning session was held 2-4 November 2016 at Entebbe, Uganda. Laboratory technologists, laboratory technicians, nurses and midwives from six countries (Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Swaziland, Tanzania and Uganda) met together to report on the progress of their time limited (10-12 months) projects to improve the communication chain between clinicians working at HIV high volume sites and the laboratory.
